Warranty Policy
For Products Covered by Warranty
Warranty applies only to products that have a warranty tag and a specific warranty period clearly stated on the website.
The warranty seal attached to the product must remain intact and must not show any signs of erasure, tearing, damage, or alteration.
The product must still be within the warranty period, calculated from the purchase date stated on the warranty seal or purchase record.
The product will only be covered under warranty if the defect is caused by a technical issue from the manufacturer.
For issues caused by the user, Pak Industrial Electronics may inspect and attempt to repair the product if possible. In such cases, we will inform the customer of any applicable repair costs and will only proceed with the repair after receiving the customer’s approval.
For Products Not Covered by Warranty
Pak Industrial Electronics technicians will inspect the product before delivery to the customer.
Customers may observe the technician’s inspection process or inspect the product together with the technician if they have specific requirements regarding the product.
Once the customer has confirmed that the product is functioning properly and agrees to receive the goods, Pak Industrial Electronics will not accept complaints, return requests, or exchange requests for damage that occurs during the customer’s use of the product.
For products that our technicians are unable to test, customers may test them on site by themselves. If the customer agrees to purchase the product without testing confirmation, the customer accepts the risks of any issues that may arise after purchase.
