Return and Exchange Policy

Pak Industrial Electronics supports product exchanges within 24 hours from the time customers receive the goods in the following cases:

The product must be 100% new and the original packaging must remain intact.

The product is not the correct type, model, or specification as ordered by the customer.

The delivered quantity is insufficient or the goods are incomplete compared to the confirmed order.

The product does not meet quality standards, such as being expired, unable to operate, or damaged due to objective reasons within the manufacturer’s warranty scope.

When any of the above issues are detected, customers may discuss directly with the delivery staff or contact Pak Industrial Electronics within 24 hours via phone at 0918 075 887 or email at sale@phucan.co.

Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Pak Industrial Electronics does not support returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Wire-type components and SMD components.

Components that Pak Industrial Electronics is unable to test, but the customer agrees to purchase and accepts the associated risks.

Low-value modules under 25,000 VND that are not tested before sale, and the customer agrees to purchase them.

Small retail orders with multiple low-value items.

The customer causes external damage to the product, such as torn manufacturer packaging, peeling, cracking, or breakage.

The product is damaged due to incorrect operation or storage contrary to the instructions.

The customer has checked and confirmed the condition of the goods but does not provide any feedback within 24 hours from the time of receipt.

Notes

If the product is not subject to the standard return and exchange conditions and is not included in the cases refused for return or exchange, but the customer still wishes to return or exchange the product, Pak Industrial Electronics may accept the request within 3 days with the following fees:

Exchange: Pak Industrial Electronics will deduct a fee equal to 10% of the product value.

Return: Pak Industrial Electronics will deduct a fee equal to 15% of the product value.
